Our Ag Ed students harvested their hydroponic lettuce last week and shared it with our cafeteria. It was served as part of our daily salad bar. We are excited about more collaboration between our kitchen and the ag department as our students learn to manage a greenhouse and hydroponics.

Last week, the Frontier basketball teams played their final home games of the season. These young fans were provided a front-row seat to the action as our honorary captains!

Special thanks to Cheryl Lane for donating to our Prom Closet! Pictured are a few examples of some of the beautiful dresses that have been generously donated. Please spread the word: items in the closet include all sizes and styles and are available for any Frontier student to borrow for any occasion. We even have items for the young men!
We also have had a licensed cosmetologist and aesthetician volunteer to do hair and/or make-up at school on the day of prom. Email ashley.weckstein@frontierok.com before March 10 to schedule an appointment.

Teachers spent today's PD time working with a variety of trainers. High school teachers worked with Chad Cargill on ways to help students with the ACT. Middle school teachers worked with Kim Collier from ECS on research based strategies that will assist students in understanding and learning more. Elementary teachers worked with Kristal from NWEA on understanding the data we collect from student fluency screeners so we can use it to improve instruction. All of these trainings will impact student learning. We are grateful for our early releases on Fridays that allow us these opportunities. #BetterTogether
