Ripley HS Baseball Tournament September 19-24, 2024
Dear Frontier Families:
Recently, a flyer has circulated regarding a rally that may be hosted near our campus tomorrow by an Oklahoma affiliate of a national organization. Although school officials are not involved and have not been contacted by organizers, we are working closely with several law enforcement and tribal partners to ensure the day goes safely for all involved.
Out of an abundance of caution and expected increased absences, we will have a district-wide virtual day tomorrow – Friday, September 13. Assignments for high school and middle school students will be posted in Google Classroom. Elementary students will bring home their assignments in their backpacks today. We are also sending home tomorrow’s breakfast and a reheatable lunch, so please make sure those items are stored correctly when your student arrives home today.
As a school district, we are committed to providing a safe environment where all students and their families feel welcome, valued, and respected. We greatly appreciate our strong and positive relationships with all of our community. We look forward to continuing our work with them on collaborations that support the well-being of students and families.
If you have any questions about this matter, you are welcome to contact Erron Kauk, Superintendent at 580-723-4360. We appreciate your support of Frontier Public Schools.
Sincerely,
Erron Kauk
Superintendent

Last year, our College and Career Fair featured representatives from 26 colleges and universities, 4 career tech school representatives, 16 companies, recruiters from all branches of the military, 7 high schools, and a total of 320 students in attendance. We had a lot of positive feedback from all parties which made us extremely grateful. Building off the success of last year's event, we are committed to making this year's College and Career Fair even bigger and better. With even more colleges, universities, companies, and high schools in attendance, there will be endless opportunities for networking and learning. We are dedicated to providing a platform for students to explore their options and make informed decisions about their future.
If you are interested in presenting or setting up a booth, please contact Kathy Golay or Pearle Cramer (Tribal Affiliates). Their contact information is listed on the flyer. https://5il.co/2w2xm
We are excited for the doors that hard work has opened for 2024 alumnus, Dominic Newman. Dominic worked all year as an intern at the Blackwell John Deere location. In the spring he began the application for the Servcice Technician Scholarship. This scholarship is awarded to interns throughout the JD industrial group who finish the program. He was awarded $10,000 for school, $1,000 in tools, and a computer with the latest John Deere technology.
In October, he will begin the two year program at Okmulgee Tech.
Upon graduation, he will have an associates degree in applied science and a job waiting on him in the John Deere Industry.
