Tomorrow, Wednesday, Sept. 8 all students in grades 9-12 will be taking a practice ACT test. We have worked hard to make this practice possible for our students and want each of them to be successful during this practice. Please help us make this experience a positive one by making sure Chromebooks are fully charged and brought to school.
Our library is showcasing books related to the events of 9/11 as this week will mark the 20th anniversary. We have books for all ages and reading levels. Our librarian, Mrs. Dahl, is available to assist any and all students in selecting books. #WeRemember
Ag In the Classroom has been studying baseball and Ag. We had a Sunflower Seed Spitting contest to see who can spit them the farthest. We conducted the activity, measured, and graphed the results. Trigg Culp was our winner!
High school softball at Garber has been cancelled for today. Junior high will play at Garber at 4:30.
Mrs. Harding's 8th grade science class designed, tested, and measured the flight of straw rockets today in class. Project-based learning is an important component of learning.

Our Agricultural Education department has been working each day to build our new greenhouse facility. Once the building is fully functional, our Ag Ed students will have a wealth of opportunities to develop life-long skills related to growing a variety of plants.
Students participated in the Oklahoma Blood Institute's blood drive on September 1st. Each blood donation saves lives!

The sixth grade science classes made food chain posters. Look closely and you will see leaves and worms in some of the mouths. Our students are great with details.
HS Softball will play at OBA in Enid against OBA and Covington-Douglas. Games begin at 4:30.
Frontier Lady Mustangs won their softball game with a score of 8-0!
