☀️🌑 WHAT AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!☀️🌑
Our elementary students had a blast viewing the mesmerizing solar eclipse!🌞
🔭It was a rare and unforgettable moment as they witnessed the moon passing in front of the sun. ☀️🌙

Congrats to the March Mustangs of the Month!

Pre-K thru 2nd Grade students recently enjoyed an author read aloud. Native American author, Laurel Goodluck, read her book, Forever Cousins, to our classes via zoom. The book was illustrated by Navajo graphic artist Jonathan Nelson. Teachers will also receive a free copy of the book to keep in their classrooms, for students to enjoy!

Frontier Middle School has been selected for a State grant known as the K-20 Gear Up for Life program. The program is designed for students in 6th through 8th grade. The program is to help students in these grades to start getting an understanding for options after high school and prepare them for the ACT test when they are in high school. On Tuesday April 9, 2024 we will be taking our 7th Grade students only to Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Alva, Oklahoma for a college tour day. They will leave at 8:00 AM and expect to return by 3:00 PM.

On Tuesday, our high school Otoe Language class visited the Native American Youth Language Fair in Norman. We worked in class on projects with Mr. Jade Roubedeaux's help. Our students submitted three posters, a comic strip, and a video, all done in Otoe language. Laney and Kye received second place for their comic strip. Terrence and Will received second place for the basketball video. These students are so talented, congratulate them if you see them!
